Synergy, Grace in action…
According to Dictionary.com, synergy is the interaction of elements that, when combined, produce a total effect that is greater than the sum of individual elements, contributions, etc. Often applied to experiences of people working together in business or organizational contexts, synergy points to complimentary strengths, actions and factors coming together to create an impact greater than any one of these elements alone.
The word synergy also points to an experience of being in flow, aligned with ones energy and the many aspects of life. Essentially, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, like a well-oiled machine. From a conceptual point of view, we understand this. From an experiential point of view, it can be quite different. The influence of people, places and events is significant in creating synergy. How do we create synergy?
We take time to pause, showing up present, aware and open to the presence of grace in our lives and the lives of others. We create space for new ways of being together and new experiences to arise. We pause long enough to allow the heart to be part of the equation. The heart is the doorway into experiencing grace in action. Synergy, allowing us to access a quiet gentle strength; grace, amidst many moving parts.
Grace is the very substance of life, at work behind the scenes, enlivening creation and our very being. An invisible substance of connection, holding us, loving us, supporting us, grace is the glue that holds our relationships and creations together. Grace is a divine gift, often showing up at the most unexpected times, changing the game and creating the magic of synergy. Available to all and accessed through faith and trust, grace is received through the heart.
